FESTIVAL WAIVER
Effective Date: September 24TH 2025
By purchasing a ticket, booking accommodations, or attending Soleita Festival (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
Attendees understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: loud music, physical activity (such as dancing or yoga), outdoor terrain, weather conditions, and interactions with other attendees. By attending, you voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Soleita Festival, its organizers, staff, contractors, partners, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, loss, damage, or death sustained while attending the Event.
3. Medical Consent
You understand that medical services may be limited on site. In case of an emergency, you authorize Soleita Festival staff and contractors to seek medical treatment for you at your expense.
4. Conduct & Removal
The Event reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of community guidelines. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Tickets & Accommodations
Festival passes and accommodations are sold separately. Purchasing one does not guarantee availability of the other. It is the attendee’s responsibility to secure both. If you purchase a pass without accommodation (or vice versa) and the other sells out, Soleita Festival is not responsible for refunds, exchanges, or any resulting inconvenience.
6. Refunds & Transfers
All sales are final. Tickets and accommodation bookings are non-refundable except in the case of Event cancellation. Transfers may be permitted only through official channels.
7. Photography & Media
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Soleita Festival reserves the right to use such media for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.
8. Compliance with Law
Attendees must comply with all local laws and regulations in Sayulita, Mexico. Illegal substances, underage drinking, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
9. Force Majeure
The Event shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God.
10. Agreement
By attending Soleita Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver. You accept personal responsibility for your participation and any consequences that may arise.
